What every single soul on this earth cares about is definiteness of every tiny thing.

It’s funny though because they never really get ‘the definite’ both figuratively and in reality.

That definite that everyone keeps talking about. The definite look, the definite numbers on the mark sheet, the definite figures on the payslip, the definite love, the definite success, the definite them.

We all are so consumed in defining everything, that we forget about something as simple as unfathomability.

The beauty of something being unfathomable is that you would always want to know more, the beauty of you being unfathomable is that you are so much more than things that can be defined. And the definiteness that you keep striving for in every circle of life is not what makes you.

So, stop finding the things to define, to define yourself.

But nowhere do I say to settle.

Sometimes when you are standing on the pathway during busy hours, with only lights and noise around you, and the world starts to move in slow motion for that split second, do you also think where will all this end?

Well, neither of us know where is all this going.

Either life is going to end up like that sock that is left in your washing machine that no one bothers about, or like that sock filled with dreams on the Christmas eve.

Thus, till that hour comes where we figure out everything, let’s consider ourselves more than something that can be put into brackets or boxes, more than aiming for ‘the definite’ because we think that’s exactly when we can settle finally.

Instead of that, take every part of your life and make it more than words can describe. Make every morning coffee magical, travel to places unknown with every book you read, say good morning to more people, dance more with people you love, be more of you.

Do not let the small moments of life drift away in the mood music of achieving the big moments of life, because time goes on. It’ll be over before you even know. Make it remarkable for yourself and for your memories.
